MP2 Project Defense

The third semester of the MP2 Masters programme primarily consists in a scientific project work, which actually is the first research project students will dive in at the start of the semester.

Indeed, apart from regular courses, students are supposed to put on their lab coat and start doing experiments using various research methods analysing samples of different kinds to be able to solve the research topic they have been addressed by the research laboratories.

After 4 months of relentless work, students fully enjoyed acting as real scientists solving significant research problems and were proud to present their poster during the project defense.

A special occasion as well to meet to Professor Emeritus Andrée VOILLEY, Member of the French Academy of Agriculture, recipient of the French Academy palm award in the Food science research area. Likewise, Associate Professor Mia Kurek, from the Faculty of food technology and biotechnology of the University of Zagreb, Croatia also introduced herself and gave an overview of her international curriculum, which helped broaden students’ career prospects.
